Today we celebrate World Children’s Day and the adoption of the UN Convention on Children’s Rights in 1989. Our governments have committed themselves to ensuring all children enjoy all of their rights, and this includes children on the move! The European Child Rights Helpdesk partners share their experience supporting children on the move, and call on the EU and its Member States to ensure their rights in migration measures, in the new report “Putting children’s rights at the heart of decision-making in cases involving children on the move: gathering momentum in Europe.”
